Randstad wanted to attract new candidates to temporary staffing assignments within administration, economics and sales. At the same time they aimed to become more visible and known by the relevant companies searching for temporary staffing.
Randstad assigned Roll Company to create a concept towards candidates and clients. Budgets were limited so the task was to operate within narrow margins on media and productions.
Roll Company created a focused media plan and decided to burst widely in selected media but in a very limited time. We produced live screens for the subway, billboards at bus stops, direct mails, adverts and three scooters driving around Copenhagen with a billboard on a trailer.
